Artwork & Design Submission Information
(Screen/Printing, Heat Transfers, CUSTOM EMBROIDERY INCLUDING CLUB PATCHES)

Our art staff can create artwork based on your ideas or sketches. You can also submit your own designs for us to produce.

If you provide hand drawn art please make it black and white outlines only. If needed provide an additional color copy. We can accept artwork created by a variety of artwork programs and in several image file formats. To save you time and effort it is very important that you read below and speak with our art department before creating any artwork via computer for submission.

All designs will become the property of COSA and will not be mailed back with your order. We do reserves the right to display artwork of orders in our portfolio for the purposes of advertising.

You may submit logos of businesses or other organizations to us for use in your order. Most of these organizations have a Marketing Department that can provide us with their logo in the formats described below. A $40 fee PER LOGO will be assessed for any logo that needs to be re-created because the art submitted to us does not meet the criteria listed below.

Sending file types on disk, through e-mail or FTP:
Artwork may be sent via the US post office THOUGH UPS, FED EX or AIRBORNE is recommended.

Final Artwork Approval
When you have placed your order with us, we will provide you with an artwork code. You will be the contacted by one of our representatives to review your art work for approval.

Clothing and Apparel Options
Almost any garment can be screen printed, besides your uniform needs we have a great selection of t-shirts, fleeces and other garments.  Pretty much anything you need (Screen Printed, Embroidered, Transferred) we can help.

Price Quotes
When using custom artwork, it is best to call us at 877.411.soccer to request a price quote.

Please try to provide us with as much of the following information as possible so we may give you a more accurate price quote:

• quantity of items
• type of item (t-shirt, sweatshirt, etc...)
• color of the item
• number of colors on the front of the shirt
• number of colors on the back of the shirt
• due date

*Important: Once you have made a financial commitment, there is a minimum $75 cancellation fee. You will also be charged an additional restocking fee and processing fee if we have ordered products to fill your order.

Shipping and Delivery Times
The design you choose submit may effect delivery times. For best results we ask that you plan ahead to allow our creative and production teams the most amount of time possible to make your order the best you and your group has ever seen. Two weeks is the standard turnaround time for custom screen printed designs, but in a jam RUSH service is available for delivery in as little as 2 days.  For custom patches 10 business day turn around, on small embroidery jobs 2 to three day turn around.
