Price Guarantee
Remember that we sell not only the best products available at great prices, but we will also meet or beat any reasonable prices.  (Restrictions apply. Must be a reasonable offer from a bonafide source.)  E-mail a copy of offer to info@usagalex.com

Prices and product availability may change without notice. When a price increase is not reflected on the web site, we will notify you before shipping. If a price has been reduced, you will automatically get the benefit of the lower price, even if it has not yet been changed on the web site.

Shipping Information:
Currently, all in-stock items are being shipped within 48 hours, often sooner. All ground shipments should arrive within 3-7 days after it leaves our facility in Stroudsburg, PA. (excluding weekends). All orders are shipped via ground, or air service using either UPS, Federal Express, or the United States Post Office.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates will vary depending on your order weight and delivery destination. 

To see your shipping cost:

Add your desired items into the shopping cart, Enter into the "CHECKOUT" process and enter shipping  address, etc... Just before it asks for your "payment info", you will see a Pull-Down Menu with shipping options and costs.

This way you will be able to view your shipping charges BEFORE you checkout.
Your order will NOT be processed until you've approved the total cost - including shipping - then hit "Continue" to take you to the Payment page - Then it will ask for payment information.

Privacy Policy
We take Privacy very seriously. We handle your personal information as we wish others would handle ours.  USAGalex.com does not share, sell, or lease retail account information. On occasion, USAGalex.com may send you unsolicited mail or email regarding new promotions or sales. If you would like to remove your name from these notifications, send an email to info@usagalex.com

NO MINIMUM ORDER
We do not require a minimum order amount. All size orders are very important to us!
